Account Deletion Request

We understand that sometimes you may wish to delete your account, and we want to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. If you would like to delete your account and the associated data, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to supportPawtect@sikiyoai.com with the following information:

  • Subject: Request to Delete Account
  • Message:
    • Include the statement: “I would like to permanently delete my account and all associated data.”
    • Feel free to provide any additional details or questions you may have.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • We will confirm that we’ve received your email and inform you of the estimated time required for account deletion.
  • The process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, but it may take longer in some cases.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What Happens to Your Data

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:

  • Personal information (name, email, location, etc.)
  • User-generated content (e.g., photos, reports, etc.)
  • Any associated data that is not legally required to be retained will also be deleted.

Please note that data deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

If You Change Your Mind

If you change your mind before the deletion is processed, please contact us at supportPawtect@sikiyoai.com as soon as possible to cancel the deletion request. Please ensure that your email includes the following:

  • Subject: Cancel Deletion Request
  • Message:
    • Include the statement: “I would like to cancel my account deletion request.”
    • Please make sure to send the email from the email address associated with your app account to confirm your identity.
